Our return and refund policy lasts 30 days from the date of delivery. If 30 days have passed since your order was delivered, we are unable to offer a refund or exchange.
Eligibility
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, unopened, and in the same condition you received it, in its original packaging. To complete your return, we require proof of purchase such as your order confirmation email or order number.
The following items are non-returnable under any circumstances: opened or used products, items without original packaging, and any order placed more than 30 days after delivery.
Partial refunds may be granted in the following situations: packaging with obvious signs of mishandling not caused by our error, or items that are damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email notifying you whether your refund has been approved or rejected. If approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will be applied to your original payment method. Please allow 5–10 business days for the credit to appear depending on your bank or card issuer.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you have not received your refund after 10 business days, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company — it may take additional time before the refund is officially posted. If you have done both of those and still have not received your refund, contact us at fluetnick@gmail.com.
Sale Items
Only regular-priced items are eligible for refunds. Items purchased on sale or at a discounted price are final sale and cannot be refunded.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged upon arrival. If you need to exchange a defective item for the same product, contact us first at fluetnick@gmail.com with your order number and a description of the issue. Once approved, send your item to:

Gifts
If your item was marked as a gift at the time of purchase and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit for the value of your return once the item is received and inspected. A gift certificate will be issued to you by email.
If the item was not marked as a gift at the time of purchase, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves first, the refund will be issued to the original purchaser.
Return Shipping
You are responsible for paying your own return shipping costs. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund amount.

Delivery times for returned items vary depending on your location. For items valued over $75, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee receipt of your returned item without tracking.
