2. Information We Collect

We collect information in two ways — information you provide directly, and information collected automatically when you visit our site.

Information you provide: When you place an order or create an account, we collect your name, email address, billing and shipping address, phone number, and payment information. Payment card data is processed directly by our payment processor and is never stored on our servers. When you contact us, we retain the contents of that communication.

Information collected automatically: We collect standard web server log data including your IP address, browser type, referring pages, and pages visited. We use cookies to maintain your session, remember your cart contents, and store your age verification status. We do not use tracking cookies for advertising purposes.

3. Age Verification

Our products are restricted to adults 21 years of age or older. When you confirm your age on our site, we store a cookie on your browser to remember that verification for 30 days. We do not store age verification data on our servers or associate it with your account.

4. How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect solely to operate our business. This includes processing and fulfilling your orders, communicating with you about your order status, responding to customer service inquiries, preventing fraud and unauthorized transactions, and complying with applicable laws and regulations. We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to any third party for marketing purposes.

5. Order Data & Payment Processing

Order data including your name, address, and purchase history is retained for a minimum of seven years to comply with financial recordkeeping requirements. Payment processing is handled by third-party processors. We store the last four digits of your card number and card type for your reference only — full card numbers are never stored by us. For Bitcoin and alternative payment method orders, transaction IDs may be retained for recordkeeping.

6. Shipping Partners

To fulfill your order we share your name and shipping address with our carriers (USPS, UPS, FedEx). These carriers have their own privacy policies governing how they handle your data. We do not share any additional personal information with shipping carriers beyond what is required to complete delivery.

7. Cookies

We use the following types of cookies on this site: session cookies to maintain your login state and shopping cart, a persistent cookie to store your age verification for 30 days, and WooCommerce operational cookies required for checkout to function. We do not use advertising cookies, third-party tracking pixels, or analytics services that sell user data.

You can disable cookies in your browser settings. Note that disabling cookies will prevent the shopping cart and checkout from functioning correctly.

8. Data Security

We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your personal information. Our site uses SSL/TLS encryption for all data transmitted between your browser and our servers. Access to order and customer data is restricted to authorized personnel only. While we take reasonable precautions, no method of internet transmission is 100% secure and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

9. Shipping Restrictions & Compliance

Due to state and local regulations governing botanical products, we are required to verify that orders are not being shipped to restricted locations. When you place an order, we check your shipping address against our restricted locations list. Orders to restricted locations are cancelled and refunded. This check is performed to comply with applicable law and the data involved is not used for any other purpose.

10. Your Rights

You have the right to request a copy of the personal data we hold about you, request correction of inaccurate data, request deletion of your data (subject to our legal recordkeeping obligations), and opt out of any marketing communications at any time. 11. Data Retention

Account information is retained for as long as your account is active. If you request account deletion, your personal profile data will be removed within 30 days. Order records are retained for seven years as required by law. Server logs are retained for 90 days and then purged automatically.

12. Children’s Privacy

Our site is strictly for adults 21 years of age or older. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under the age of 21.
